Fines Clean Up Machinery
Fines are the smaller particles (under 60mm) which are left over after any recycling stream has been processed. Upgrading a plant to have a Fines Clean Up processing stream means a potential recovery of approximately 50% of these fines as valuable commodities.
Having a Turmec’s Fines Clean Up machinery will both reduce landfill costs and improve recycling commodities revenue.
The Loss of Ignition regulations (2010) means all fines cleanups must meet the standards set out regarding the ignition percentage of processed fines.
We can process fines to recover up to a further 50% of valuable commodities; this is a solution that can be designed from scratch or incorporated into an existing plant.
