1. PLAN
Space, goals, resources, existing buildings and installations, and many more factors all feed into an initial plan – where we work with our clients to lay the outlines and foundation to provide them with the most effective solution to reach their planned goals.
We develop ideas and options for each project, all with guideline budgets attached so we can work with our clients in finding the best solutions so that resources are committed to the best possible plan.
2. DESIGN
Turmec is a leader in the design and manufacture of market-leading facilities for customers in the recycling industry, offering design consultancy as an integrated part of its services.
Our work process, detailed further here, will step by step bring the overall plan to life – building a plant, or the new elements of a plant, in 2D and 3D packages that will define and design your solution down to the last detail.
Our design is an iterative process and will always refer back to the parameters and goals laid down in the planning stages. We design for results and efficiency as we know what works for each project, and we bring it to bear on your design.
3. INSTALL
We understand that in the manufacture and installation process, schedule and precision mean everything, and we are proud to say we have always delivered our recycling plant installations on time, over the course of our 45 years in operation.
We are extremely proud of this record, and we bring our experience and expertise to make sure that each facility is built, installed and commissioned as it has been planned, designed and specced, to meet their full capacity.
4. SUPPORT
We pride ourselves on our close aftersales support for our clients in both service and maintenance and understand that our success is built on how we partner with our clients throughout the process.
We are able to respond quickly to incidental breakdowns as well as to provide both preventative and scheduled maintenance of your installation; this can include registration of measurements, inspections and equipment condition reports.
At your request, we can advise on a partial or complete modernisation of your plant or installation and provide Service Level Agreements to any required level of support and response time; and have long experience in supporting our international installations.
