At Turmec, we provide a training programme for our client’s operations staff in all aspects of the work, ensuring the safe and effective use of the plant and machinery.
Turmec’s mentors responsible for training, are highly experienced and have a thorough understanding of the equipment and the process. They will ensure that the clients’ staff are fully conversant with all variables which may affect the running and variables of the plant.

The mentors also ensure that all relevant staff are competent at controlling the plant and maintaining the equipment, including electrical controls, computer and operating systems.

Training will include the hands-on operation of the plant and its machinery, as well as classroom tuition; after the training, the participants will be required to sign a training certificate to verify that the training has been completed to a sufficient standard.
